Tell us about sustainability, what are you good at?
In recent years we have improved the insulation of the entire premises in order to reduce energy consumption. More than half of all our hotel’s energy needs are produced with zero emissions, thanks to the photovoltaic panels and solar panels placed on the roofs of our premises and the tennis court. Even our guests contribute to energy savings, because there is a central switch in each room.
Our hotel also encourages sustainable mobility. In our garage you will find two charging stations for electric cars and as well as the possibility to charge the battery of your e-bikes.
Every day we look for new solutions to reduce pollution by choosing eco-friendly products and abolishing the use of plastics as much as possible. Our cuisine is varied, light and healthy. Our chefs prepare simple and tasty dishes with raw materials selected from our garden or the surrounding region. Since 2016, we have been accredited by the Italian Celiac Association. We have dedicated a specific area of our kitchen to our gluten intolerant guests where we prepare tasty and healthy dishes.
